Join us for music with British singer-songwriter Hannah White.
Hannah maintains a wholly independent feel to her music, influenced by country, blues, folk, and soul. She is a musician with a social conscience and a voice that can switch from a sweet Nashville ballad to a heartfelt and reflective song full of blues. Hannah will be performing an acoustic set with Keiron Marshall. She has performed with Tim O’Brien, Thea Gilmore, and Judie Tzuke, gaining plaudits from music press, national and regional radio.
The event will be opened by Penny Stone. Penny is a young activist and folk singer based in Edinburgh, but originally from Derby. This is the third Derby Peace Concert and is supported by over a dozen local groups.
