Join us on a walk that's out of this world! 

A short walk around Alvaston Park's Science Garden, led by one of its creators. There will be stops for science demos along the way.

Starting by Venus (near the cafe and play area) and journey past the Sun, discovering just why it has a giant pencil sticking out of it, and then to Mercury and beyond. Test out our whispering dishes, find out why Taurus has a red eye and learn some secrets of the Science Garden.

Meet outside the Alvaston Park community building. Suitable for ages 6-106.
