Derby Jazz presents the launch of "Mae Be For Ever", the exciting new album from Gary Reader with a special live concert.

Gary Reader has been a constant creative force on the East Midlands music scene, culminating in his most exciting work, "Mae Be For Ever", which will be premiered at this concert.

The album is a heady mix of Jungle/drum & bass influences while still deeply rooted in the music of Pharaoh Sanders, Albert Ayler, Archie Shepp and both Alice & John Coltrane...a true spiritual journey.
