About the Event

Come and learn how to get the best displays in your summer pots

This spring, Mark from Marks Wilder Gardens, will be collaborating with Martins Fruits to help you understand how to get the best displays from your pots. We will show you how to select and combine plants to last all summer long and well into the autumn. We will discuss water saving ideas, drought tolerant planting, dead heading, feeding and how to display your pots to the best effect. We will discuss the merits of permanent planting in pots compared with using bedding. A huge selection of plant can be purchased from Martins Fruits on the day of the workshop (participants can enjoy a 10% discount off the plants purchased for the workshop). Participants may also enjoy a 10% discount at Marks Wilder Gardens Shop upstairs at the Market Hall.

Please bring a 5-10 litre plant pot.
