Simply The Best Bonfire and Fireworks Display organised by Erewash Borough Council

Tickets will go off sale at 4pm,  tickets will then be available from 5.1 pm at the ticket kiosk based at West Park Leisure Centre until 8pm..

Join Erewash Borough Council for a Bonfire and Fireworks night to remember.

Please note sparklers and fireworks are not permitted to be brought on to the park.

Please note tickets can only be purchased at the ticket kiosk situated in the leisure centre car park.  To avoid queuing you can book online and take your e-ticket straight to the entrance gates.

What is the outline of timings for the event?
6pm Gates open
7pm Bonfire is lit by the Mayor of Erewash
7.30pm The Fireworks are lit
9.30pm Event ends

Where can I collect my tickets?
Tickets can be collected on the day at the park, but there may be long queues. Ticket collection will be at the West Park Leisure Centre car park entrance. The box office will open at 4.30pm and will close at 8pm

If you have an e-ticket (this will have been sent to your email when you ordered your tickets), please have this ready to be scanned at one of the entrance gates on the day. If you are unable to find your email, you can also download the PDF of your tickets by logging into your account and choosing the e-tickets tab to view them.

Where can I park?
We recommend you walk to the event or use public transport to get to the park.
Car parking is priced at £3 (cash only) at West Park Leisure Centre with limited spaces available. If you are planning to come by car please park responsibly ensuring not to block car, drives and pavements.

What time can I arrive and can I leave the event area and come back?
Gates open at 6pm. No access will be granted into the event area without a ticket and the entrance gates will close at 8:30pm to those arriving.
You will be able to leave the event area but re-entry will be with ticket only.

How do I get into the event area and what security measures are in place?
There will be 5 entrances which are located at West Park Leisure Centre Car Park, Parkside Ave, Thoresby Road, Kings Street and from the Canal end on Broad Street.
Security will be positioned at all gates. We respectfully ask for your cooperation on any searches and approaches from security personnel to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
For the safety of all we ask that you do not bring any fireworks or sparklers into the event. Please do not bring any pets to the event.

What if I have Covid symptoms?
If you or anyone in your party shows symptoms of Covid, or have been told to isolate please do not attend the event. Refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to attend the event and notify us before 4pm
