About the Event

With extensive experience Lucy of Willow Knots will lead this creative session

Supporting you in weaving simple decorative weaves that can be used as plants stakes, or to decorate the border. You will have the chance to learn a spiral weave to create wind spinners, teasel/bullrush decorations and dragonflies.

This is a lovely creative session, where you can work on your own mini projects with ideas and support, taking home 3-4 decorative items perfect for your flower bed.

All tools and materials will be provided and are included. This workshop will be held in the classroom off the Castle Courtyard at Elvaston Castle Country Park. Some strength in the hands and fingers are needed to work with the willow but help and guidance is always available.
