Learn the art of Willow Weaving

With extensive experience Lucy of Willow Knots will guide you to create a 5 to 7 foot willow obelisk ideal for showing off your climbing plants. Each one beautiful and completely unique to the maker. You will learn different types of weaving patterns, and about other materials that can be used.

All tools and materials will be provided and are included. This workshop will be held outside, in the beautiful Old English Garden at Elvaston Castle Country Park. Whilst we can move to more shelter if the weather is bad, expect to be outdoors, and wear appropriate clothing. This can be quite a physical make, so some ability to bend and strength in hands and fingers is needed.
