As world class singer / songwriters and performers, it promises to be a highlight of the musical year in Derby.

Beth Nielsen Chapman was born in Texas and wrote her first songs when she was just 11 years old. Her music and regular live shows have built a solid and loyal fan base in the UK.

As a singer / songwriter Beth stands amongst the giants having written hit songs for Willie Nelson, Bette Midler and others alongside the worldwide smash hit for Faith Hill 'This Kiss'.

In 1997, following the death of Princess Diana, Beth was contacted by Elton John who asked if he could perform one of her songs during his autumn tour. The song was 'Sand and Water' and Elton's tribute to the late Princess.

The Elton John connection continues with Judie Tzuke who signed to Elton's Rocket Records.

Judie became an 'overnight sensation' with her song 'Stay With Me Till Dawn' and her first album 'Welcome to the Cruise'. Since then she has recorded thirty albums and continues to perform throughout the year, selling out her shows that combine her wonderful music and storytelling.
